So with the rules now out and by the and of the week will be in the hands of 4 of us w should talk about doing a campaign to b filmed. We talked tonight and have decided that next week at Crossroads (Sunday may 14th) we are going to give the ruls a tst run so that we know what we are doing then the next week jump in and start filming battles.
It would be nice if we had as few duplicates in our army lists as possible. I know between all of us we have multiple choices each.
I can do Eldar or Space Marine scouts easily and could probably get an Inquisitional band together if need be.
Post what you guys want to do so we can try to organize this, everyone who reads this is welcome to join in!

I think Chaos Space Marines are the army I have that no one else does. I can also do Space marines which would be ok if we are running different chapters.

Ok, so Ben commented that he wanted something a bit point and click to reduce the issues of bad penmanship. I spent the day teaching myself new Excel stuff and I've roughed out a very bare bones tool so far. So far it's only the units, I haven't figured out how to get all the equipment to be selectable yet, but this should help with the majority of squad creation. Let me know how it works and what you want added. ~click here to download~ Shadow War Armageddon Squad BuilderI apologize that it doesn't have the info for the Imperial Guard or the Space Marines yet, I'll have to get that from the main rule book when I get a chance. ~Another Edit~ I again apologize, it was very early and I have a head cold starting up when I posted this. I didn't post a clear one I'll do that later. And I didn't protect any of the cells yet, so all you need to interact with is "Faction" and "unit" and everything else will fill in. ~Update~ Ok, new version uploaded with better function and a clear button... Still a huge work in progress.

Hey pretty cool so far. Does make a good way to get a core point figured out and keep it organized. Appreciate the work!

I haven't figured out how to make equipment/gear work yet.

So I now have the book! And now that I can look at it I can easily do an Astra Militarum group too. You can upgrade them all to Carapace armor basically making them Stormtroopers which I have a full squad of the Kasirkin

Those Tzangors are really nice models.
Using them as cultists?

Yep. They are the squishy newbies, in front of the armored hulks.
