Looking to do maybe a three-shot adventure for Numenera or The Strange rpgs...both use the Cypher system by Monte Cook. It's an elegant, easy to pick-up system with some cool mechanics that I backed several kick starters for and have yet to play. Numenera is a science-fantasy setting where technology is so advanced it is pretty much magic. The Strange is a dimension-hopping sci-if setting with unlimited possibilities....Any interest? Let me know a preference and I'll set it up.

You know I'm in. I'll look them up before giving a preference.

Hmm dimension hopping sounds cool. Let us know what you want to do. If you are open, I can use this as an opportunity to get some people I work with to join. You can make a set amount and then have players post if they are in. I have been approached in the past for games but Ellannis was always to large. Let me know or others as you post here

Sunday or Monday night (our usual) . I'm thinking 6 players tops is a good size. Looks like Ben and Jacob so far...4 slots left!

After reading a little about each game I think I'm going to put a vote in for The Strange.

Looking at the website for The Strange, it looks like an intriguing game. I'd be in for that, if it was on Sunday.

I have the Player's Guide on the way. It should have all the playery goodness without any of the GM-y bits that are in the main book.
