So as I stated in the other thread, I thought this was really good. I was not expecting the ending that we got. For those familiar with the comic story arc, you obviously saw some big differences. For those of us not so familiar it probably didn't matter too much, but I heard heavy rumors that there might of been up to three deaths in the film and well, we know what did and didn't happen. So should we expect a crazy amount of action in Infinity War?
I loved Spidey in this movie as far as his personality and the way he was showcased. I'm a little on the fence on he fact that Stark gives him his suit and it seems to be tech'd out. Black Panther looked great. The actor playing him (Chadwick Boseman) did awesome and I can't wait for the standalone movie. The comedy in the movie was great. A lot of well timed jokes. The swearing was up compared to Age of Ultron....we can thank Deadpool for that. Didn't bother me too much and it wasn't overboard. The better of the two bad guys gets offed early on .... I know this wasn't an Avengers movie but the main bad guy was pretty weak. The overall story of the world trying to crack down on the Avengers I liked. It's plausible that this would actually happen.

Zemo was my only disappointment. If you are going to use that character do a better job. I was kinda hoping he'd show up and kill Cap after Iron Man beat him down. Other than that I thought everything was great.
I loved that every character had a reason for picking their sides. Then the one that I thought had the weakest reason, Black Widow, ends up essentially changing sides.
I loved the connection starting to build between Vision and Scarlett Witch, nice to see that from the comics and her being his only real weakness.
Loved the whole thing, going to see it again I think.

Finally got to see this film. Yes it was indeed a brilliant showcase of how Marvel is doing right and DC just can't get it.
My enjoyments are a lot on this. One was Falcon's robot thing. Redwing was originally a real falcon so dumping that notion and giving him an update for this really helped the Falcon's character image. I did enjoy the back story with Winter Soldier, it was only a small amount but after reading a back story on him he really went through some shit. The Avenger backdrop was a great setting for this Civil War for the Big Screen. Spidey's "origin" to this was nice and quickly tidied up so we didn't have to endure another Uncle Ben death, take note Synder!. I really thought Warmachine had it, nice trick on the rumor part and I was especially thrilled to see Black Panther save Zemo and not let him die. The characters had awesome development to the reason of sides and the fighting really felt like a lot of those Vs titles from Marvel. Russo's well done.
I actually don't have a negative thing to say about the film or wished they changed. I think the Russo's brothers are on point with the Marvel franchise and will keep Avengers going strong. All leading up to the big showdown with Thanos soon.
