Out of all the videos I've watched about Kill Team, Ash has the best review. It is a little long, at 38 mins, but the second half has a lot of info about how the game runs (not just rules, but the way the game actually shakes out) and the ways he has discovered teams/lists should be made in order to avoid nasty surprises.
For anybody interested in Kill Team, I strongly recommend watching the video first. It could talk you into buying into the game, but it could also very well talk you out of it.
One important point was that none of the "faction boxes" allow you to field a fully capable kill team.
Let's Play video
And he revises some of his comments from the Review video in the Comments section below the video.

It is a great video. I like the look of the game which is no surprise as my preference for skirmish games is not a secret. It seems crazy that the 2 armies included can’t get you to 100 points. Most of us are probably just going to use the armies we already have plenty of guys to use with anyway though. The box seems like a pretty good value, but I don’t really want to use either of the armies. It seems like the big issue is going to be getting the cards and tokens if you plan on just buying the rulebook. Overall I look forward to playing the game. It seems like a game that will probably get some mileage in my house with Grady since it uses the small board size we can just put on the table quickly. I’ve kind of missed playing in the 40k universe.

Yea, nice video, pretty informative. Not really suprised about the box sets not getting you 100 points, the biggest point I think they were after was keeping costs the same.
It looks like it is aimed at an army entry point game. Buy a few models and end up playing a whole army of them. Pretty smart on their part.
I am really surprised that the model count is going to be so high for the power armored guys, I suspect 5 - 6 guys for the Space Marine armies and even more for the other armies. Kinda glad, I like skirmish games but I don't want to be in a case like Shadow War where most armies were just 4 or 5 guys.
