I really enjoyed this season of Luke Cage. There was a lot of depth to the emotions of not only Cage but the supporting characters around him. I also like the portrayal of Bushmaster. He was well developed as a badass winning the early couple of fights to the quick team up near the end. Then the escape to be back another day. Better set up than Diamondback before. Misty was a great watch in her development and the augmentation with the cyberarm and I thought Iron Fist's appearance was cool. I like that they are sticking with the image of those two becoming best friends.
The Ending was different but I liked it. A twist of a road for the characters of the show hinting at a deeper emotional battle for our heroes and villains' in the next season. What about you?

I liked season 2 better than season 1. Didn't really care for the villain(s) in season 1. Bushmaster felf alot more developed though and had a better drive.
Also up to now I haven't cared so much for any of the main character but loved all the supporting characters. Not so now, really like Luke and am care wheat happens to him and Misty. Also like the direction and attitude of Danny, that is the Iron Fist I wanted to see. Makes for better interaction with Luke.
The way they dropped Foggy, Coleen and Danny in was great too. Just 1 episode each. Felt like a comic cover that would read Luke Cage: Guest staring (Iron Fist/ Misty Knight/ Foggy).

Yeah that's a good point, it feels like a comic story. More to come with lots going on around the characters. The one shots were done well.

Bushmaster was a much better adversary. His motive made him easy to be sympathetic towards. I just finished the episode with Iron Fist. That was my jam. That’s the Powerman and Iron Fist I know and love.
