I am so happy now! My Mythic Battles: Patheon arrived today and yesterday so I was opening boxes to them for two whole days. The core set is wonderful but adding the Pandora pledge bonus of minis is fucking Epic. The choices of gods and heroes with monsters to choose will make this a game I will play a lot of. The sculpts by this company for plastic models is stunning. All single piece to so just wash and prime, then I'll be ready to go. I want to order an army builder paint set before tackling this project but man I am thrilled to start. On a side note, these are the classic Greek mythology so if a DM needs a beastie, i should have it. 😄

So to keep me busy, starting working on it. My plan is to paint the gods first from the core set and Pandora set, then finish the core set of heroes, monsters and units. If you are interested in playing get a head start and watch some gameplay on Beasts of War

I have been curious about the game. I've seen a couple of the videos and it looks like it's a game with a lot of depth.

It definitely has replay ability and up to four players as well. Also some scenario based missions. I got a ton from Kickstarter and will fight to get them ready

It definitely comes with a huge mountain of stuff. Everything I've seen has shown them with a massive amount of crisp detail and little to no assembly needed. Most people I've seen painting the MB:P sets have done real simple cell-shading jobs to save time .... and their sanity.

Sounds smart. What sort of color schemes are you using?
