Scenario 6: The Return
Reinforcements have arrived. Time to return to the infestation and drive back the scuttling hordes.
Format: 1250pt Skirmish
Setup: Place a Spawning pool and 2 craters scattered across mid field, place other terrain as desired. See Spawn Tables.
Objectives: Skuttle the Swarm: For each unit of NPC tyranids completely destroyed score 1 VP.
Secondary Objectives: First Blood (only awarded for PC units), Slay the Warlord
Mission Special Rules: Night Fighting, Reserves, Spawn Tables, The Pool Perseveres
The Pool Perseveres: The Spawning Pool is a Unique Monstrous Creature WS:3, BS:0, S:6, T:6 W:6, I:3, A:4, Ld:10, Sv:3+ with Synapse. When it loses its final wound, it still counts as a spawn point.
Spawn Tables: The Spawning Pool is place in the center of the table, and the two craters must be placed at least 12” away on either side. At start of Game before armies deploy, spawn 3 basic units one for each pool. Spawned units are placed within 6” of the appropriate pool as if disembarking. Spawned Units are up to max unit size and equipped as modeled. Thereafter, at the end of each turn, but before NPC Tyranids go roll a d6 for each pool. 1: No spawn, 2-3: Basic Spawn, 4-5: Elite Spawn, 6: Monstrous Spawn

*Roll again on High Die roll random Elite Spawn, low die random basic spawn is inside. Then deep strike Tyrannocyte.
