Just received my copy of the 2nd edition and had a chance to review it. Some significant modifications to the mechanics and it at first glance seem all for the better. I didn't see a Neutral House card and the Night's Watch is the only Neutral House in the core set but others could be in the Chapter Expansions later. Adding House Tyrell is great. Going to test my love for Martel but it's fun. The Queen of Thorns card makes her awesome. The cool thing is unique cards are same restricted to the player the same but it doesn't stop another player from playing the same card, LittleFinger working both sides The titles are different and the effects a lot changed but that's for later. pretty excited to get some play in for this. If anyone has questions continued asking here on this thread

I saw this was out. Glad to see it looks good, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to start investing in another GoT card game. I would definitely like to try it out sometime.

Great, I need a good opponent to play decks against. I am going to scour the website stores for Chapter Packs in a couple of weeks

The ones on miniature market are preorder so I don't think they've released any yet.

Well with the popularity of the show, many of the guys at work have pushed me into teaching them this card game I've had. So I got a couple of melee games of four players in and what a blast it has been. The game is very balanced and each house seems very capable of winning. There are some cards out there that are pretty tough like House Tyrell's Queen of Thorns but so far pretty manageable. I love the hand reserve from the plot cards now, makes so much trying to manage your cards and gold resources. I encourage any fan to get the starter set and play

I've heard good things about this version as well. Heard it gets things back to balanced and smooths some things out that were clunky in the old game.

It's been awhile sense i have played this but I did recently added the Lannister and Night's Watch box set. This has added a lot of Agendas to my decks and it feels like some old combinations are coming back, like Cersi not kneeling to make intrigue challanges. On the gamd night might be looking for some of the crowd to peel of and get a game of this if we can, interested parties?
