Well, I broke down and decided to back this on Kickstarter. With the addition of Wulfsung a zombie werewolf expansion and getting nearly a hundred figures it was hard to say no. Plus those medieval zombies would work well in Ellannis.

That looks like a LOT of really nice figs, and I've heard nothing but great things about Zombicide. I'd throw in $20 to get the Carl Critchlow add-on box.

Yeah its a really fun design. Board game meets Left4dead. I want to play it again so I will set up a schedule for it

There's a guy in Lisbon selling some of the limited edition Kickstart packs from previous Zombicide projects...It was Madhouse games...he is selling at the indoor flea market in Lisbon now. If anyone is interested. They are open Fri-Sat-Sun from like 8am to about 5pm I believe.

Oh yeah! The core set for this baby just arrived. So many zombies but the characters are cool. Maybe Wednesday if people show we can do a game after Rum and Bones.

Well tonight got in a couple of the tutorial quest in. With the main group of gamers we were doing pretty well and got an early abomination at yellow level to chase us. With our hardy battle nun we roasted it and felt like we were set to cruise the rest of the way. Until I open the door to the exit room and $#*! Was another abomination. That sucked. We had to run all the way back to find another torch for our dragon bile but whew we pulled it off. That was our intro. Can't wait for more!

I did a little more playtesting after the game with some guys. I was trying to keep things simple but it appears you must have 6 survivors to succeed. That extra punch of actions helps. Also the necromancer has bigger implications than thought. After he is defeated you get to remove a spawn point. This means if he comes in an already established one you can reduce the amount of zombies coming after defeating him

This has been awhile but I am going to renew this thread anyway. The Kickstarter for Black Plague has finally fully delivered. I gotta make a video so you can see but backing Coolminiornot is sooooo worth it. As I just scan it, players will be given a whole lot of character choices. I mean a lot. The zombie werewolves will be a challenge and I was given a large amount of necromancers and abomination choices too. The rat abomination has to be Zombicide's largest ever model.
